I am an Ophthalmologist, dedicated to protecting and improving the health of the eyes. With fellowship training as a plastic surgeon, specifically in Oculoplastics, I am able to utilize surgical procedures and techniques to enhance and correct the tissues surrounding the eyes.
Cosmetically, crow’s feet and frown lines can be softened with Botox®. Droopy and puffy eyelids can be rejuvenated with cosmetic upper and lower eyelid surgery. Whether you have an eyelid malposition, a growth on the lid or wet tearing eyes, my practice is well qualified to assist you.

Dr. Onofrey is a board certified surgeon with a practice dedicated to Oculoplastic Surgery.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Onofrey graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oklahoma. She attended the University of Oklahoma, College of Medicine, and graduated with Outstanding Distinction and a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She moved to Honolulu, Hawaii for her internship and then to Miami to complete her surgical training.
Dr. Onofrey completed her Ophthalmology residency, Neuro-Ophthalmology fellowship and Oculoplastic Surgery fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. In 2002, she started her solo private practice dedicated to Oculoplastic Surgery. She specializes in eyelid surgery from cosmetic upper and lower lid surgery to skin cancer reconstructions and eyelid malpositions. She has lived in South Florida for 20 years and has office locations in Palm Beach and Jupiter.
She operates at the Laser and Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach.
She is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Broward County Ophthalmology Society and the Palm Beach County Ophthalmology Society.
